Every RVR Collective ring is made to last a lifetime, and we stand behind it for one. Our custom rings are made by hand, to order, and we trust the work completely.
Lifetime Warranty on Rings
Every ring we sell carries our lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers everything to do with how the ring was made, including the setting, the prongs, the casting, and the finishing. If a genuine defect ever appears, we will repair the ring at no cost to you.
Real defects are rare, and when they exist they almost always reveal themselves early. That is precisely why we can cover them for life. We make each ring by hand, and we trust the work.
Caring for Your Ring Over Time
Beyond defects, a ring lives a full life on your hand, and we are here for that too. Cleaning, resizing, prong tightening, and re-plating over the years are a normal part of owning something you wear every day. These are not defects, they are care, and we handle them at a fair, transparent cost.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
So that everything is clear, our warranty covers the making of the ring, not the wear of a lifetime. It does not cover:
- Normal wear, such as surface scratches, thinning of the band, or a finish that softens with time.
- Accidental damage, including a center diamond or accent stone that chips, cracks, or breaks from impact or daily wear.
- Loss or theft of the ring or any stone.
- Damage from misuse, improper care, or exposure to chemicals.
- Any repair, resizing, or service performed by another jeweler, which voids the warranty.
For loss or accidental damage, including a lost stone, we recommend insuring your ring, and we are glad to point you in the right direction. For anything outside the warranty, we will always take care of it at a fair cost. You will never be left without a jeweler.
How to Make a Claim
If you think your ring has a defect, start a claim below with a few photos and we will guide you through it. You ship the ring to us fully insured, which for pieces of this value means insured FedEx overnight, at your cost. We cover return shipping back to you.
We inspect every piece and determine, in good faith, whether the issue is a manufacturing defect or ordinary wear. If it is a covered defect, we repair it at no charge.

- A jeweler who is here for the life of the ring, not just the sale.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required for any warranty service. We reserve the right to inspect the ring and to determine whether a claim is a covered manufacturing defect. Coverage does not apply to a ring that has been worked on by another jeweler.
