Returns

30-day returns. If a piece isn’t quite right, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund 90% of your purchase price, plus the sales tax on that amount, to your original payment method. You can also choose store credit instead if you’d rather put it toward another piece.

How it works:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
• You ship the piece back within 7 days of approval via insured FedEx Priority Overnight (customer’s cost). Required for security on items of this value. If we do not receive it within 7 days, the return authorization expires and you will need to submit a new request, provided you are still within 30 days of delivery.
• We inspect within 72 hours of receipt. The piece must be unworn, in original packaging, with all certificates and materials included.
• We refund 90% of the item’s sale price, plus the sales tax on that amount. The 10% restocking fee is calculated on the item only and covers inspection, re-certification, and return logistics. Original shipping is not refunded, and the IGI card add-on is non-refundable.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If you prefer store credit, it is valid for one year and can be applied to any eligible piece.

Final sale (cannot be returned):

• Custom orders and engagement settings
• Resized or engraved rings
• Pieces showing any signs of wear
• Items missing original packaging or certification
• Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page

Credits cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. Only one credit or promo code may be applied per order. Your credit can be used across multiple orders. Any balance you don’t use carries over, and the remaining amount shows at checkout and on every receipt.

Here is why we structure it this way:

• Lower prices. Traditional retail builds free returns and free return shipping into the price, typically inflating it by 15-25%. The 10% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping let us keep Diamond District pricing, typically 40-60% below traditional retail.
• Complete transparency. Each piece comes with detailed specifications and high-resolution photos and videos. Where a stone is IGI certified, the certificate is included with your order.
