Shipping
All orders ship fully insured via FedEx or UPS with adult signature required. We take every precaution to ensure your lab-grown diamond jewelry arrives safely.

- Ships within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority, fully insured.

- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
- Delivery typically 3-7 business days depending on destination
- Full tracking and insurance included
Exchanges
14-day exchange for store credit. If a piece isn’t quite right, send it back within 14 days of delivery and we’ll issue you store credit toward another piece. We don’t offer cash refunds.
How it works:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
- You ship the piece back via insured FedEx Priority Overnight (customer’s cost). Required for security of high-value items.
- We inspect within 72 hours of receipt. The piece must be unworn, in original packaging, with all certificates and materials included.
- Store credit issued for 90% of the item’s sale price. The 10% restocking fee is calculated on the item only. Tax and shipping are not included. The fee covers inspection, re-certification, and return logistics.
- Credit is valid for one year from issue date and can be applied to any eligible piece on the site.
Final sale (cannot be exchanged or returned):
- Custom orders and engagement settings
- Resized or engraved rings
- Pieces showing any signs of wear
- Items missing original packaging or certification
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
Credits cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. Only one credit or promo code may be applied per order. Unused credit balance at checkout is forfeit, so choose a piece priced at or above your credit amount.
Here is why we structure it this way:
- Lower prices. Traditional return policies require margins that inflate prices by 15-25%. By not building cash refunds into our pricing we can offer Diamond District pricing, typically 40-60% below traditional retail.
- Complete transparency. Each piece comes with detailed specifications and high-resolution photos and videos. Where a stone is IGI certified, the certificate is included with your order.
- Expert guidance. We encourage questions before purchase. Our team is here to help you make the right choice.

Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Wire transfer (preferred for orders over $10,000)
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
For credit card payments, a 3% processing fee applies. Wire transfers have no additional fees.
Insurance & Security
Every shipment is fully insured for its purchase value. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, you will be made whole.
We recommend adding your piece to your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy once received. We can provide documentation to facilitate this.
