Start a return
Eligible pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We refund 90% of your purchase price, plus the sales tax on that amount, to your original payment method. The 10% restocking fee is calculated on the item’s sale price. Original shipping is not refunded, and return shipping is at the customer's cost. Once your request is approved, ship the piece back within 7 days. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the piece. Custom orders, engagement settings, resized rings, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible.
If your piece included an IGI Card: the original IGI card must be returned with the piece. Without the card, we cannot accept the return. The card is graded specifically for the diamond you received, so it does not transfer.
The $50 IGI Card add-on is always non-refundable, even if the return is approved. The cert is a per-stone service and is consumed when the card is issued.
