Start an exchange
Eligible pieces can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies (calculated on the item’s sale price only — tax and shipping are not included), and return shipping is at the customer's cost. Custom orders, engagement settings, resized rings, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible.
If your piece included an IGI Card: the original IGI card must be returned with the piece. Without the card, we cannot accept the exchange. The card is graded specifically for the diamond you received — it does not transfer.
The $50 IGI Card add-on is always non-refundable, even if the exchange is approved. The cert is a per-stone service and is consumed when the card is issued.
