Welcome to RVR Collective. By accessing our website at rvrcollective.com and making purchases from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
About Us
RVR Collective LLC is a New York-based company selling lab-grown diamonds, engagement rings, and fine jewelry. We operate from the NYC Diamond District and sell direct to consumers at wholesale prices.
Returns & Refunds
30-day returns. Eligible pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of 90% of the purchase price, plus the sales tax on that amount, to the original payment method. Store credit may be chosen instead.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which must be via insured FedEx Priority Overnight.
- Once a return is approved, the piece must be shipped back within7 days of the approval notice. If it is not received within that period, the return authorization expires and a new request must be submitted, subject to the 30 day window from delivery still being open.
- Returned items are subject to inspection. Pieces must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by all original certificates and materials.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. The refund is 90% of the item’s sale price, plus the sales tax attributable to that refunded amount. The fee is calculated on the item only and is a charge for services rendered.
- Original outbound shipping is not refunded, and the IGI card add-on is non-refundable in all cases. Where an IGI card was supplied, the original card must be returned with the piece.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically settle within 5 to 10 business days, subject to the customer’s bank. Where a purchase was made in whole or in part with store credit, that portion is returned as store credit.
- If store credit is chosen instead of a refund, it is valid for one (1) year from date of issue and may be applied to any eligible piece on the site. Sales tax is not refunded on a store-credit resolution, as the sale is not reversed.
- Store credits cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or credits. Only one credit or promo code may be applied per order.
- Store credit may be used across multiple orders. Any unused balance carries over to a future purchase, and the remaining amount is shown at checkout.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom orders and engagement settings
- Rings that have been resized or engraved
- Pieces showing signs of wear
- Items missing original packaging or gemological certification
- Items expressly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
The restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping allow us to offer true wholesale pricing without the markup required to fund free returns. For full details and to start a return, visit our Return Request page.
Product Information
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:
- Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings
- Each diamond has natural variations and is unique
- Gemological certificates (where included) are the authoritative source for diamond specifications
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Where a product page indicates IGI certification, the corresponding IGI certificate is included with your order and is the definitive description of the diamond's characteristics.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- Prices do not include applicable sales tax (collected where required by law)
- Payment is required in full before shipment
- We accept wire transfer and credit/debit cards
- Wire transfer reflects our best pricing
- The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, with no separate surcharge
Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Errors in product or pricing information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Credit or identity verification issues
If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment received in full.
Shipping & Delivery

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of RVR Collective LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVR Collective LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RVR Collective LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
