All orders ship fully insured via FedEx with signature required on delivery. Shipping is free on every order. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

30-Day Returns

If it isn't quite right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Ship it back via insured FedEx Priority Overnight (customer’s cost), and once we inspect it we'll refund 90% of your purchase price, plus the sales tax on that amount, to your original payment method. The 10% restocking fee is calculated on the item's sale price.

Original shipping is not refunded. Not eligible for return: custom orders, engagement settings, resized or engraved rings, pieces showing signs of wear, and items marked Final Sale. The IGI card add-on is non-refundable and the original card must come back with the piece.
